TRAINING SCHEDULE

Just come along, bring some comfortable clothes and chat with either Sensei Rhendy or one of the Senpai there and get the first two lessons for free.

MONDAY

6:00 pm  - 7: 00 pm: Kids (5 years and above) and adults who want to train with their kids.

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm : Teenagers and Adults Class

WEDNESDAY

(STRICTLY BY INVITATION ) Grading revision classes

6.00 pm - 6.30 pm: All ungraded to 9th Kyu students. 

6.30 pm - 7.15 pm:  8th Kyu- 4th Kyu.

7.15pm - 8.00pm: 3rd Kyu and above.

First Wednesday of each month 20 man fight session (all welcome)

Papakura dojo in South Auckland area opened in August 2005. Sensei Rhendy Visser has trained in Kyokushin Karate all over the world and has now settled in Papakura with his family.
